Yoga, now there’s something that has changed my life over the last almost 2.5 years.  I injured myself working out and did a number on my left leg.  Long story short, I took on yoga in the hopes that it would help me out with the pain and the injury.  Well, after my daily routine of yoga over this amount of time, I can honestly say that I am back to having full mobility of my leg and its supporting areas.  Despite the fact that it took over two years to get to this point, I wouldn’t change a thing, not even the time it took to heal.

I have taken a 15 minute routine and have now made it into over an hour’s workout.  But that’s me.  I love my yoga time.  I am able to stretch, relax and meditate before it is all over.  And I feel so good afterwards that I really miss my workouts when I can’t get to it.  Even though I am back to normal again, physically, I know I need to keep at this daily workout which is something I need to work on.  I have gotten slack on this workout and I know better.  I know I have to have this routine implemented into my daily routine.  That’s what I am working on.  So tell me what yoga is doing for you.
